Sarah Reamer Buzzard Attorney at Law

Sarah was born in Wilmington, North Carolina and attended Laney High School followed by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a Morehead Scholarship. Sarah began her career as a management consultant for Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting. After living and working around the United States and Europe, Sarah enrolled in the University of Maryland School of Law, where she graduated cum laude as an active member of the law school student body.

Sarah practices in real estate litigation and performing real estate closings. Sarah also handles business and commercial litigation, bank negotiation, deficiency actions, foreclosures and other recovery actions.

Sarah is married to Adain Buzzard and they have a son, Cameron, born in 2014. Sarah is on the board of directors for several local nonprofits that center on child wellness and education – Wilmington Health Access for Teens, Cape Fear Guardian ad Litem Association and the Cape Fear Community College Foundation. In her free time, Sarah enjoys playing tennis, being a new mom and catching up on her sleep…yeah right.
