Rob Solano Attorney at Law

Rob joined HCPP in 2017. He maintains a broad real estate practice and has extensive experience in determining the marketability of title to real property with highly convoluted ownership histories and complex chains of title.  Rob also maintains a corporate and business law practice in which he has worked on matters ranging from drafting Sound Design Service Agreements for clients specializing in custom designed sonic UI systems, to negotiating Franchise Agreements for new Franchisees and preparing Franchise Disclosure Documents for Franchisors. Rob also assists clients with the implementation of sophisticated estate plans.

Rob graduated With Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 before graduating from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2009. Rob is quick to point out that the Tar Heels won 2 championships during his graduating years and would be open to returning to school for another national championship.

Rob and his wife, Alison, reside in Wilmington, NC with their son, Michael. Rob is a member of the Cape Fear Housing Coalition that seeks to increase access to affordable, safe, and healthy housing. Rob enjoys all things outdoors, cooking, traveling, and most importantly spending time with his family.
