Colleen H. Moran Attorney at Law

Colleen was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and attended Allentown Central Catholic High School. After high school, Colleen went on to graduate magna cum laude from Villanova University where she pursued a double major in Political Science and Communications. During her time at Villanova, Colleen participated in an array of activities that took her across the globe, including a summer study abroad in Italy, a Model United Nations Conference in Egypt, and a service trip to an orphanage in the Dominican Republic.

Colleen then made Chapel Hill, NC, her home for the next three years while she earned her law degree from the University Of North Carolina School Of Law. Upon her acceptance, Colleen had the honor of being named a Chancellor’s Scholar and awarded a full-tuition scholarship. While studying at UNC Law, Colleen participated in internships with Legal Services of North Florida, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Colleen joined HCPP as an associate attorney in 2014, and she currently practices in the areas of general civil litigation and matrimonial law, focusing on divorce, child custody disputes, establishment and defense of child and spousal support obligations, equitable distribution and marital tort claims.
